GUARANTEE STATEROOM:
A Guarantee means you are guaranteed the stateroom category of choice, however, the stateroom
number is allocated at the discretion of the cruise line, any time after full payment and or up to check-in.
Please note that your stateroom could be allocated on any deck & may / may not have an obstructed view
or be wheel chair accessible.
For guests travelling with families, and have booked two or more guarantee staterooms, please be advised
that rooms can be allotted on any deck, not necessarily on the same deck or near each other.
**ASSIST CARD IS INSURANCE and IT IS OPTIONAL.
For guests above 75 years, Assist Card amount will be higher.
ASSIST CARD:
For complete information on all that is included with limits of protection as applicable and for instructions for the proper use of the Assist-Card services If you purchase assist card at the time of final payment, your cancellation amount will be protected by the insurance company.
If you cancel your reservation under medical grounds, insurance company will refund you the cancelled amount after submission of satisfactory relevant medical documents,. (Guests have to claim from insurance co.)
If you cancel your reservation on non-medical grounds, then the insurance company will provide a 'Future Cruise Certificate" for an amount upto 75% of the cancellation charges which can be utilised on sailing on the same cruise line within 1 year.
Use of FCC (Future Cruise Certificate) :
- Only Cruise Cost and NCCF amount of new booking can be adjusted with FCC amount if booked within one year on same cruise line. Tax & Gratuity amount cannot be adjusted with FCC amount.
- FCC can be utilised only once and for full amount. If Cruise Cost + NCCF amount of new booking is lower than the FCC amount, the full amount of FCC will be absorbed once it is applied for the new booking.
- FCC amount cannot be applied for the new booking unless and until it is issued by the cruise company
- There is no Insurance coverage on applied FCC amount
- Once FCC amount is applied for the new booking and the new booking is cancelled, whatever the cancellation charge may be, there will be no refund against FCC amount.
- FCC is a non transferable instrument which has to be used by holder only.
